Prints
What paper are the prints on?
Prints are made on bright white inkjet paper with a glossy finish, for rich, vivid color.
What sizes are available?
8×10, 11×14, 16×20, and 18×24 inches. Not sure which to pick? Try the View in your room tool to see each size on your wall.
Are frames included?
No. Prints ship unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space. All sizes fit standard ready-made frames.
Will the colors match my screen?
Very closely, but every screen displays color a little differently, so small variations are normal.
How do bundles work?
Add any 3 or 4 prints to get 15% off, or 5 or more for 20% off. Mix any sizes and subjects. The discount applies automatically in your cart. Build a bundle.
Can I get a custom portrait?
Yes. Shiloh creates custom portraits of pets, animals, and vehicles from your photos, starting at $70. Request a portrait to get a quote.
Do you offer gift notes?
Yes. Add a gift note in the order notes at checkout and it will be included with the package.
Shipping
- Where we ship: within the United States for now. International shipping is planned for the future.
- Processing time: prints ship within 2 to 3 business days. Custom portraits ship after you approve the final preview.
- Carrier: all orders ship by USPS, and you’ll get a tracking number by email.
- Rates: $5.99 for 8×10 and 11×14 prints, $9.99 for 16×20 and 18×24 prints, one shipping charge per order. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
Returns & damage
All sales are final, except for prints that arrive damaged.
Damaged in shipping? Email a photo of the damaged print to shilohstudio25@gmail.com. Once you send the damaged print back, we’ll ship you a free replacement.
Custom portraits and original artwork are one of a kind and can’t be returned. That’s why you approve a preview of every custom portrait before it’s finished.
